Hungama Mobile, an mobile content developer in India, has released the music of Rajnikant’s blockbuster movie ‘Sivaji – The Boss’ on the mobile platform before its physical launch on CD’s.
This is for the first time in the history of the Tamil film industry, that a movie’s soundtrack has been made available on digital platforms prior to the public availability of the CD. Also, the company has made available the mobile content of the movie across various spectrums such as games, images, videos and ringtones.
‘Sivaji’ is the first Tamil movie to use digital vectors as driving pillars of the movie’s promotion with Hungama Mobile. In total Hungama Mobile has deployed Sivaji content across 33 countries with more than 70 operators and partners.

Hungama mobile which has developed the mobile games and applications for the movie ‘Sivaji’ has created a unique first of its kind ‘Picture Books’ consisting of Rajnikant’s images from the movie along with a one-line trivia around it. The Picture book consists of about 8 different images within one java application with an option of zooming in on the images. Besides this, a calendar of Rajnikant having month-wise days and dates of the entire year with Rajnikant in the background with a different image for each month has also been made available. Also, never before known interesting trivia subscription packs around the movie and Rajnikant have been created to make the mobile experience of the movie enjoyable.
The music of ‘Sivaji’ is also available for purchase on the iTunes Music Store. Besides this, the movie is also being promoted on the world home page of iTunes, a Tamil first.
