It finally made it to the theaters. After 5 years of struggle and numerous cuts in the movie Kadhal Kathai is out there scorching the heat off the screens.
Total nudity and tantalizing kisses are in order if you want to watch the movie. The movie definitely deserves a X rating, but our censor board has not yet come up with one. So they’ve given it a A rating.
The one line story is that of three women who are exploited because of their sexual attractiveness. In putting across the fact that most of the crimes in the society is solely caused by sexual suppression in our society the director has gone ahead the used the same liberally and in every other scene in his movie. The moral message against women used as sex objects is sadly lost because they have been used in a similar manner in the film.
Director Velu Prabhakaran who has been known to make movies on controversial subjects has finally brought to theaters yet another controversial film in Kadhal Kadai. After being in the cans and going through lots of scissors by Censor board, Kathal Kadai is still controversial enough.
