Chennai 15th September, 2011: Reliance Communications Ltd, India’s No2 Mobile Service Provider and Coolpad Overseas, Joint-venture of Hong-Kong listed China Wireless Technologies Limited, has commenced the market roll-out of India’s fully loaded android Éclair CDMA phone, D530, in Chennai. The handset will be retailed through Reliance Worlds and Reliance Mobile stores
The D530 is Coolpad’s first CDMA Android handset introduced in the country. It is a fully loaded Android Éclair phone with CDMA High Speed Data of 3.1 Mbps and a 3.5 inch touch screen. The phone is attractively priced at Rs 7999. Reliance Communications has also launched an exclusive scheme with D530 of 100% of the handset price as money back over 24 months
