Looks like the life of young Smalin Jenita will never be the same again. Seven months pregnant and paralyzed on the left side of her body due to brain injury she is now back to Tirchy and recovering from the nightmare of the past 4 months.
On a call with CNN-IBN Dr Sardar Inamullah says that Jenita was bought to the hospital with 80% burns and there seemed to be no chance of survival. Initially, he started helping the family but he soon knew something wrong. There was no insurance papers, nothing. Then her husband left her and abandoned her in the hospital. The state of North Carolina wanted to take her custody and take decisions for her. Then Inamullah and some of his Indian friends got custody of Jenita and called her father Mr Sebastian.
When quizzed to him about her being allegedly pushed out of the car he says that Smalin started talking only 2 weeks back and she said that there was a fight in the car when her in-law’s tried to push her out of the car and thats when her husband who was at the wheel lost control and the accident happened.
Inamullah finally adds that there was no question of their nationality or culture coming into play during Smaulin Jenita’s rescue. He has a number of Indian friends and he loves them all like his own family.
