John Vijay makes new actresses to speak Tamil fluently
John Vijay, one of the best and busy character artists in Tamil Cinema known for his versatile acting skills in films like Orampo, Thillalangidi, Kalakalappu, Mouna Guru, is now producing young and talented heroines with fluent Tamil speaking skill.
Recently he made one title Winner, four Runner ups and one face from his new programme Tamil Pesum Kadanayagi, a hunt for Tamil speaking heroines!
Judged and crowned by Director Vasanth, Veteran Director Sp Muthuraman, Directors Balaji Sakthivel, Santhakumar, Balaji Mohan, SS Stanley and actress Vadivukkarasi.
The Grand Finale of the even was held at Chennai Trade Center recently. There were 15 girls attended in the finals and 5 have selected. Among those 5, Sanchana was adjudged as the Tamil Pesum Kadhanayagi by her terrifuc performance.
Jyotsana was selected as the face of Tamil Pesum Kadhanayagi and Anjali, Gopikasha, Rama and Padma have became the runner up of the show.
Director Balaji Shakthivel gifted the H2O Tamil Pesum Kadhanayagi diamond pendant to Sanchana and also confirmed that he will use Sanchana as his next movie heroine.
The winner and runner ups of the event have introduced formally in a press meet that held at Hotel GRT Grand Days on Jan. 12th, Saturday amidst Veteran director Sp Muthuraman, director Vasanth Santhakumar, Balaji Mohan, SS Stanley.
Speaking on this occasion, Actor John Vijay says that the main reason for taking this effort is Tamil actresses’ often fail to get National awards due to their dubbing voice. He remembered how actress Radha failed to won the National award for her excellent performance in Mudhal Mariyadhai.
John Vijay also thanked his wife Madhavi, the executive producer of H2O and his comperer Balaji Mohan for their support in his hard efforts.
