Thaandavam wrap up party had last night at Rain Tree with the Thaandavam unit. The entire unit of light man, camera assistants, art assistants, director assistants, production assistants, costume assistants and the main line technicians were invited and given a party thanking them for their excellent cooperation and support, which enabled us to complete such a big film in 95 days.
Chiyaan Vikram, Jagapathi Babu, Lakshmi Rai, M.S. Bhaskar, G.V. Prakash, Editor Antory, Art Director Nagu, DOP Nirav Shah, Director A.L. Vijay and the entire production team of UTV comprising me and my team were there.
It was a grand evening and everyone spent time in reminiscence the time they spent together and narrated interesting incidents during the shoot of this film in London, Delhi and Chennai. The Direction team did several skits and mimicry of what had taken place during the shoot with various individuals.
It was a great fun and everyone enjoyed spending the time together.
Now the team has commenced the post production of the film to release the film in September 2012.
