South Indian actress Namitha is flying to Malaysia for a cosmetic surgery on the advice of co-actress Nayantara who went for a body reduction surgery a couple of years ago. It is said that Nayantara gave some useful tips to Namitha on the sets of Billa in which both are sharing the lead roles.
