Seeking divorce from her husband Ashwin Ramkumar, Tamil Superstar Rajnikanth’s daughter Soundarya (32) appeared before the Chennai family court today.
In 2010, Ashwin Ramkumar and Soundarya Rajinikanth couple got married and has a child.
The proceedings of the divorce were started last year with mutual consent. The couple in the next hearing is also expected to file their separation details and a joint memo of agreement before the Judge. the divorce would be granted for the couple once they decide on the terms of separation such as alimony, parental custody, visitation rights of their son Ved and so on. Then they would have to file a joint memo of agreement in the next hearing. If the court is satisfied with the petition and after their consultation with both of them, the divorce would be granted.
