UTV announces the commencement of shoot of itsnext Tamil film ‘SIGARAM THODU’
Chennai, 8th May 2013: UTV Motion Pictures today announced the commencement of shoot of itsnext Tamil production ‘SigaramThodu’.Written and directed by Gaurav (‘ThoongaNagaram’ fame), the film stars Vikram Prabhu (of ‘Kumki’ fame)in the lead. The film also features Sathyaraj in a pivotal role, MonalGajjar as the female lead, Sathish (of ‘Ethirneechal’ fame), KovaiSarala and many others.

The first schedule of the film is for 10 days and will be shot across the locales of Haridwar and Rishikesh.

In 2010, Prince of Persia became the highest grossing western film in India that year. Earlier, Disney released its first live action Hindi feature Do Dooni Chaar in 2010 and subsequently after the success of the film, released Anaganaga-O-Dheerudu, a Telugu feature targeted at the southern audiences and second Hindi live-action film Zokkomon.
