Tamil Film Producers Council president Ramanarayanan has chosen to quit as the president of the association.
In a letter released to the media, Rama Narayanan said, “Since I am starting work for a new film which needs more time and also due to my personal commitments, I have decided to resign from the post of the president of Tamil Film Producers Council.”
Ramanarayanan further thanked the members of the Tamil Film Producers Council, The Fiilm Directors Association, the South Indian Artistes Association, FEFSI among others.
All other members of Tamil Film Producers Council who were in the DMK camp has also quietly put in their papers.
