Kamal Haasan’s elder brother Chandrahasan passed away at his residence in London on Saturday night. According to reports, Chandrahasan was at the residence of his daughter Anu Hasan, suffered a cardiac arrest. He was 82. Chandrahasan is the younger brother of Charuhasan.
Kamal has two elder brothers – Charuhasan and Chandrahasan. Chandrahasan handled the production of films like Virumandi, Vishwaroopam, Thoongavanam among others. Chandrahasan’s demise comes close on the heels of passing of his wife Geethamani, who died in January this year at the age of 73. Before joining the showbiz, Chandrahasan was a practicing lawyer. Chandrahasan played a major role during the Vishwaroopam row and ran from pillar to post for his little brother.
