The latest buzz is noted producer and director K. Balachander will be stepping into Sandalwood for film production. This is the first production venture for KB in Kannada Cinema, but he has directed three movies earlier in Kannada.
Balachander has been having financial difficulties, and as a result Superstar Rajinikanth is acting in Kuselan under Kavithalaya production to help his mentor out of the financial problems. Balachander’s Kannada venture will either have Late Dr. Rajkumar’s younget son, Puneeth Rajkumar or Mungaru Male fame Ganesh in the lead.
The movies he has earlier directed in Kannada are ‘Benkiyalli Aralida Hoovu’ starring Suhasini, ‘Eradu Rekhegalu’ starring Srinath, Saritha and Geetha, ‘Sundara Swapnagalu’ starring Ramesh Aravind.
