Gabbana, Colombo has plans to branch out and expand activities overseas. April will see Gabbana Sri Lanka opening its first overseas branch in Chennai, India, a spokesman for Gabbana said.
“Expanding overseas is a very big step for us, and we would not have been able to do it without our great team. The staff at Gabbana Sri Lanka has been with us all the way. They have undoubtedly played a pivotal role in Gabbana’s success”, he said.
A year has passed since India’s premier men’s designer store Gabbana opened its Colombo branch, to cater to the elite and the fashion conscious male in Sri Lanka.
As Gabbana begins its second year, the company plans on taking fashion in Colombo to new heights. Among the activities planned, is the launch of Gabbana’s official website. The website would not only make it easier for Gabbana clientele to browse through the store’s exclusive clothing range, but it would also serve as a medium for it to promote its latest designs.
As part of expanding and improving its services, the company plans to bring down highly trained tailoring professionals from India, specialised in custom made men’s wear. Gabbana will look to fulfil their customers individual requirements, with this special feature of made to order clothing.
