Bharathiraja’s upcoming Tamil drama “November 8… Iravu Ettu Mani’, about demonetisation woes, went on the floors here on Tuesday.

Bharathiraja’s upcoming film, November 8… Iravu Ettu Mani is based on a series of incidents that took place after PM Narendra Modi’s surprise announcement on demonetization in 2016. The source went on to add that the shoot will be completed in flat two months. Rathnakumar has penned the story while Saalai Sahadevan will crank the camera.

Viddharth, who had earlier starred in Prabhu Solomon’s Mynaa and Manikandan’s Kuttrame Thandanai, will be seen playing the main lead. Major portions of the film will be shot in Chennai and Pudhukottai, informs a source close to the team.
