The University of Madras will hold an educational exhibition from May 9 to 12 to inform students and parents about the courses on offer. Vice-Chancellor S. Ramachandran will inaugurate the exhibition at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Details of admission requirements and salient features of courses offered by various departments will be displayed on the posters.

Achievements of each department and employment potential that courses hold will be included in the display. Prospectus and application forms will be available for sale. The exhibition will be held between 10 a.m. and 5 .30 p.m. on all four days with a lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The university has 66 departments of study and research.
